**DEWALT MANUFACTURES TWO DIFFERENT STYLE CLAMPS. THIS ADAPTER ONLY WORKS ON THE DEWALT CLAMPS WITH YELLOW CLAMP ARMS. THE ADAPTER DOES NOT WORK ON THE DEWALT CLAMPS WITH BLACK CLAMP ARMS.**
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use caution when unpackaging kits. Bags include small parts. DO NOT EAT SILICA BAG!
- The stainless steel tabs need to be inserted into the deck tools. Please position the steel tabs so that the 4 cut outs are inserted into the deck tool part. When inserted properly, the top two holes on the steel tab will align with two bumps inside the deck tool. Once the parts are aligned, the tab makes room for the decking adapters to slide on the clamps.
- Remove any rubber pads from your clamps. The clamps and deck tool slide together to interface. Be sure the steel tab is fully seated and then gently slide the deck tool on to the clamp arm.
- Once the deck tool is fully seated on the clamp arm, using a 3/16" drill bit, place the drill bit in the holes in the tool to make room for the screws.
- Insert the screws from the face and put bolts on the back side of deck adapter.
- Repeat this process for all adapters until all clamps are assembled.

FAQ
We have decided to produce all of our decking clamp adpaters in ASA-CF, or acrylonitrile styrene acrylate with carbon-fiber. While this is once of the more difficult mediums to work with, it has some incredible benefits. ASA-CF is an industrial grade filament for producing components with heat, water, and UV resistance.
The 806 clamp adapter kit includes all components to convert 1 Dewalt medium/heavy duty or Irwin medium/heavy duty clamp.
